All Things Low-FODMAP
The Low FODMAP diet was developed at Monash University in Australia as a means of treating IBS. FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols. These are short-chained carbohydrates (sugars) that may be slowly absorbed or incompletely absorbed by the gut.

Low-Sugar Livin'
A low-sugar diet does not seek to eliminate sugar from one's diet entirely but rather centers their diet around whole, unprocessed foods that contain healthy levels of natural sugars as well as other necessary nutrients.

All Things Keto
As modern diets go, the ketogenic or "keto" diet seems to be the most popular. And yet, it may be the most controversial and confusing for consumers.

Diabetes Eats
The key to creating a diabetes-friendly diet is choosing healthy foods, eating meals on a consistent day-to-to schedule, and limiting sugar, fat, carbohydrates, and processed or refined foods.

Celiac, AKA Gluten-Free
Celiac disease is the most severe form of gluten-intolerance. It is a hereditary autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to attack the intestines when gluten-containing products are consumed. This can result in symptoms ranging from fatigue and weight-loss to certain forms of cancers and other autoimmune diseases.

Eat Like A Caveman
Adhering to the paleo diet means focusing on foods that could have been accessed via hunting and gathering by early humans, and excluding products that are the result of more modern agricultural practices.

Eating Vegan
The vegan diet avoids all animal products and by-products, such as meat, dairy, and eggs. For some individuals, any product - not just food products - that contain animal products or rely on animal testing are strictly avoided, such as certain cosmetics, and leather goods.

Eating the Mediterranean Way
The Mediterranean diet, despite its name, is less of a diet and more of an eating style.
